What are some best practices for asking for a review
Learn from Mike Stearns with some great advice to almost guarantee getting a review as soon as the job is complete!
Here’s a proven technique for asking homeowners for a review:
- Secure a Verbal Commitment: Ask the homeowner if they’d be willing to leave a five-star review.
- Facilitate the Process: Once they agree, have them open the PMI review landing page on their phone using the PMI tap card.
- Create an Opportunity: Tell them you’ll do a final walkthrough while they complete the review.
