Office Admin - Loading Photos from your CRM or other Places

You don't use CompanyCam, no problem. Here is how to load photos from your CRM and other places you store photos

Important: If you store photos in your CRM, download them to your computer first before uploading them to PMI. Dragging photos directly from your CRM to PMI will result in blurry, low-quality images.

Troubleshooting - Downloading to a PC

Some customers find it difficult to locate photos after downloading them from a CRM to their PC (it’s easier on Mac). In this video, we’ll show you how to troubleshoot and find your downloaded photos.

Step-by-Step Directions

STEP ONE - Click on "Projects" Tab

STEPH TWO - If needed, search for your project in the search bar

STEP THREE - Select the red gear wheel to enter the project details

STEP FIVE - Choose "Add the Photos" blue button

STEP SIX- You have the option to either drag and drop photos into the dotted rectangle or simply click inside the rectangle to locate photos on your computer. If you only want to upload photos that you intend to publish, remember to tick the checkbox at the bottom that reads, "Do you want to publish these photos".

STEP SEVEN - Once photos are uploaded, you can drag photos from the top of the dotted rectangle into the rectangle.  You can also drag the photos that are in the dotted rectangle to put them in the order that tells the story the best.
