How to get your GBP verified:

1. Have a Google Account: Sign in with your Google account or create one for free.
2. Create a Business Listing: Ensure you've created a business listing for the location you want to verify, providing accurate details like name, address, and phone number.
3. Provide Accurate Information: Make sure all business information is accurate and up-to-date, including address, phone number, and hours of operation
4. Comply with Policies: Your business must adhere to Google My Business policies, including content guidelines and representation policies.
5. Location Eligibility: Confirm that your location is in an area supported by Google My Business.
6. Access to Mail or Phone: Be ready to access mail or phone associated with your business for receiving the verification code, depending on the chosen verification method.

1. Sign in and Select Location: Log in to Google My Business with your Google account. Choose the location you want to verify, like "QuickBuild Construction - 456 Works Street".
2. Click "Verify Location": Navigate to the location page and click "Verify location" when prompted.
3. Choose Verification Method: Select your preferred method, such as verification by mail.
4. Provide Information: Enter the address where you want the verification mail sent, like "456 Works Street, City, Country".
5. Wait for Mail: Google will send a verification mail to the provided address.
6. Find Verification Code: Once received, locate the verification code inside the mail. For instance, it might be "GMB-789012".
7. Confirm Verification: Log in to Google My Business again, access the location page, and enter the received verification code when prompted.

1. Verification by mail typically takes between 1 and 2 weeks to complete once the verification letter is sent.
2. The time may vary depending on factors such as geographical location and the efficiency of the postal service in that area.
3. Verification may be faster or slower in some cases.
