You might have a customer with a flip phone who can’t scan a QR code to leave a review—so what do you do?
A great option is to bookmark your PMI review page on an iPad (preferably with a keyboard). If a customer can’t scan the QR code, simply open the bookmark to your PMI review page and ask them to type their review directly on the platform while you finish your final cleanup.
