How do I disable the ability to send an email request for a review

In this article/video, you will learn how to make it so a customer will never get an review request via email with our system

There are two ways: 

  1. When you are in the project details of that customer, you can scroll to the bottom of that customer detail and "disable" the review request option.
  2. When in projects, just find the review icon (red icon to the right of the project address) and click the red "disable" button at the bottom right of the window

When in the projects details page - Scroll to the bottom, select "Disable" radio button and select the update button

When on the projects page, select the button in the illustration below and then choose the disable button on the bottom right
