Considerations on what is on your pre-appointment communications with prospects

Consider the following: 

  • Adding a link to your PMI portfolio into any pre-appointment emails that you send out (or texts)
  • Consider including a video of the sales rep who will be handling the call. This adds a personal touch and helps the customer feel more comfortable meeting someone new.
